This framed litho was designed by listed artist Raphael “Ray” Masters in 1991 during his time in south Florida. Ray and I maintained a very close relationship resulting from our interests in motor racing and other active sports. He signed this for a very special Person, my Mother, Sylvia who was an avid collector of his work. It is floating in a black frame And is not glass covered. There is Very modest staining at the bottom and if reframed with a mat it can be covered to enhance the image. The subject was inspired by SunFest a multi day music and art festival based in West Palm Beach. The piece is located in West Palm Beach Florida and can be shipped anywhere at the cost of the Buyer or delivered if local It’s a colorful and fun image. Should one like the image but not the dedication it can be removed. ENJOY!!
