Antique American Empire Chest of DrawersThis chest is completely handmade by an expert cabinet maker. This chest is in excelent condition considering it’s almost 200 years old. This chest is American made circa 1820-1840, has carved front pilars, paw feet, dovetail drawers, 4 full size drawers and two glove drawers (one locks). The top of the chest has very little wear for its age. There are small cracks in the venier on the glove drawers (which adds some charictor) and a crack in the wood over the two glove drawers (see photos). All dovetails are tight, drawer construction, sides and back in great shape. $750.00
