This oak French Ladies Desk could also serve as a vanity. It is raised panel with beading all around. The hardware is original and solid cast brass. The drawer is curved and the bracket legs are cabriole style. There is a cubby on each side with beautiful oak applied carving on the front in addition to the beading. The top is shaped quarter sawn oak with a tiger grain. This is a unique piece that would fit into the decor of any turn-or-the-century home or as an accent piece in a contemporary setting.
