Vintage 14" Effanbee, Skippy, Policeman Doll, Complete with Badge, Hat etc..Great vintage 14" Effanbee policeman doll. Has the badge and that other small "item" that is usually missing. Does show typical age related wear. I am not a doll collector so I do not know if this is normal, but the head will move from side to side. It is not loose or detached, this may be normal, I don't know. Additional photos available upon request. We do offer a 90 day layaway. Shipping on smaller items.
