Congo Bangala Club Knife

This Bangala knife/axe was a challenge researching. As close as I have come up with this was made and used by the people of the Congo in the late 19th early 20th century. It appears to have been hammered from iron, the handle is native wood wrapped with iron ribbon and secured at the end. I tried to do it justice with pictures.
