This is a wonderful Swan shaped sheet metal restaurant sign. The sign is in original paint with some possible touch ups. The sign has a thicker iron frame and hanger all original. It is a two sided sign and one sign is more worn than the other as would be expected on an outdoor sign. The sheet metal is thick and very sturdy which can be easily hung by the attached iron hanger, one at the top and one on the tail. The sign was found in New England but we cannot pinpoint the exact location of the restaurant.
The swan sign is 40 5/8" long x 41 1/4" tall including the hanger and 3/8" thick including the iron frame. Very nice surface on the sign that is early to mid 1900's.
